Content Creator / Content Manager

Are you a wordsmith and a content wizard, who enjoys telling stories and has the ability to persuade and engage people with words? Then you would be a great fit to our team.

Fogia and Melimeli are two different furniture brands within the same group. We are now looking for a content creator/content manager for a full-time position, shared between the two brands.

As our Content Creator / Content Manager, it is your responsibility to ensure consistency in the tone of voice throughout our different channels, mostly focusing on digital media production. You will translate our marketing strategies, tactics and initiatives into convincing content formats to convert our audience into customers and ambassadors. You excel in copywriting but also master visual content. You will be a part of our brand team and work closely with our Creative Director, Marketing Director and inhouse photographer.

As a person you are a highly communicative team player with an easy-going attitude. You are a grammar perfectionist and a digital native with a broad experience creating content for different online channels and devices. To be successful in this role, we also believe you are a structured person who can handle several ongoing projects at once, with a strong ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines.

Tasks (a selection)

  • Plan, create, improve, maintain and distribute content to achieve our business goals
  • Contribute to the content plan and input creative ideas
  • Articulate a clear brand voice for the two different brands
  • Develop content with focus on digital media (social media, newsletter, website…)
  • Support internal departments in creating official material for internal and external use (sales presentations, product sheets, press releases, exhibition material…).
  • Monitor and analyze content performance and identify best practices
  • Provide accountability for deadlines
  • Define requirements for internal and external suppliers

Required Skills & Experience

  • Higher education in relevant area, such as copywriting, marketing communications or media and communications
  • Around 3 years of experience as a content creator, content manager, copywriter
  • Social media savvy
  • Experience in CMS,
  • Strong organizational skills and personal leadership
  • Native-level Swedish and English

It is a plus if you

  • Have experience working in the interior design/furniture/fashion retail industry
  • Have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Have a general SEO understanding
  • Have experience in creating online ads and Facebook Business Manager

Marketing optimization manager

Fogia and Melimeli are two different furniture brands within the same group. We are now looking for a content creator/content manager for a full-time position, shared between the two brands.

As our Marketing optimization manager, you will be responsible for boosting our digital presence and enhancing the outcome. We are looking for someone who can dive into analytics and details, while also maintaining focus on the holistic user journey. You will ideate, plan, experiment, optimize, and analyze our initiatives to make us achieve our business goals. You will be a part of our marketing team and work closely with our Marketing Director, our web developers, and our Supply Manager.

As a person, you are pro-active, communicative and a team-player. You are comfortable in the combination of accuracy and creativity since the role has a data driven and analytic focus while there is a huge need to challenge existing and create new routines and approaches. You thrive in an environment where a strong focus on result is combined with susceptivity and dialogue.

Tasks (a selection)

  • Identify high-value opportunities Improve our digital hub (website and e-com), focusing on lead generation, conversion rate, user experience and loyalty
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the efficiency in the CRM-process
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the effectiveness for website and e-com
  • Responsible for follow-up and reporting of relevant KPI:s
  • Co-responsible for forecast, budget and setting relevant KPI:s
  • Responsible for establishing a development plan and manage implementation in collab with other resources and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance terms of purchase and regulations
  • Stay on top of latest business technology
  • Responsible for planning, managing and follow-up of SEO and SEM
  • Responsible for defining requirements for internal and external suppliers

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and driving digital growth
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization and web UX best practices
  • Proven success optimizing conversion rates
  • Ability to do data analysis, critical thinking, and data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Proficiency and hands-on experience with web experimentation tools such as Google Optimize, Adobe Target, or Optimizely
  • Full working proficiency in English and Swedish
  • Relevant education, preferably bachelor’s degree in business administration IT/Technology, marketing and/or engineering

It is a plus if you

  • Have experience in driving global online growth
  • Have experience working with online advertising and Facebook Business Manager

Fogia Market är designvarumärket Fogias egen konceptbutik där vi säljer prisbelönta möbler och inredningsprodukter. Butiken har nämnts som en av Nordens mest inspirerande designmiljöer. Nu vill vi utöka vårt gäng med någon som vill sälja designprodukter i Stockholms vackraste industrilokal vid Finnboda hamn.

Vi behöver dig som vill arbeta extra på helger, några vardagar, vid behov samt under semestertider. Det är viktigt att du har hög servicekänsla och tycker att det är roligt med försäljning. Är du dessutom intresserad av design och inredning är det ett plus då en stor del av försäljningen består av rådgivning. Stundtals anordnar vi event och vi ser gärna till att du är med från idé till genomförande.

Arbetsuppgifter:

  • Försäljning av möbler samt inredningsprodukter
  • Lägga order
  • Butiksjobb som uppackning, prismärkning och kassaförsäljning
  • Enklare lagerhantering och logistik
  • Underhålla vår butik så att den alltid visar sig från sin bästa sida

Vi söker dig som:

  • Gärna är student och har några år kvar på dina studier
  • Har erfarenhet av butiksförsäljning
  • Har möjlighet att arbeta på kort varsel och under helger
  • Designintresse är ett stort plus, men inget måste
  • Engagerad och strukturerad
  • Har ett öga för detaljer och gillar att arbeta självständigt
